NOTICE OF BID FOR SALE OF BUILDING FOR REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY BY HOUSE MOVER - Sealed written bids for the sale of a house and its removal from the property will be accepted until a deadline of Tuesday, October 27th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., by Anthony J. Winiecki, County Engineer, Highway Department, Scott County, 600 Country Trail East, Jordan, Minnesota 55352 for and on the behalf of the Board of Commissioners of said County. A sealed bid may be submitted for the sale and removal of a house described as follows:
A rambler style, single-family house, built circa 1964, with approximately 1,120 square feet of above grade finished area. The house has three (3) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom. House is of wood frame construction and concrete block foundation. There is one (1) storage shed. The house summarized above is located in Credit River Township at a street address of 16245 Texas Avenue, Prior Lake, Minnesota.
The Contract for the building will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder.
Proposals, plans and specifications may be examined at the office of the County Highway Engineer at 600 Country Trail East, Jordan, MN 55352.

Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond or Certified Check in the amount of $500.00 made payable to the Scott County Treasurer.
The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
