Notice is hereby given that electronic bids will be received by the Office of the County Engineer of Scott County, 600 Country Trail East, Jordan, Minnesota 55352, until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1st, 2020 for construction of the following:

Scott County
County Project CP 21-36
Intersection of CH 21 and CH 91

The project consists of traffic signal installation and curb ramp improvements.

The approximate quantities of major work for the Contract CP 21-36 are as follows:

1 EACH TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEM
941 SQ-FT CONCRETE WALK
320 SQ-FT 3 BITUMINOUS WALK
217 LF CONCRETE CURB & GUTTER
475 LF SAWING BIT PAVEMENT (FULL DEPTH)
575 SQ-FT REMOVE BITUMINOUS WALK

The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals, plans and specifications may be examined at the office of the County Engineer at 600 Country Trail East, Jordan, MN 55352.

In order to access these documents online, contractors will need to have a ConneX account and have been granted access to the Scott County eGram server. The bidder is responsible for all present and future downloads of any and all project documents, including, but not limited to, addendums and their respective attachments. This in no way reduces your responsibility to strictly adhere to these specifications.

**Prospective Bidders: Prior to submitting a bid, bidders are required to purchase bid credits from BidVault.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Scott County Treasurer, or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Scott County, for at least 5% of the amount of the bid.

The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein.
