SCOTT COUNTY HIGHWAY PROJECT
Bids Close March 17th, 2020
Notice is hereby given that electronic bids will be received by the Office of the County Engineer of Scott County, 600 Country Trail East, Jordan, Minnesota 55352, until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 for construction of the following:
Scott County – Fiber Interconnect Installation
County Project CP 9902
CH 16: From Townline Ave. to Sarazin St., CH 17: from CH 78 to CH 101, CH 101: from Fuller St. N. to Stagecoach Rd./Crest Ave.
The project consists of boring conduit, fiber interconnect, and TMS cabinet modifications.
The approximate quantities of major work for the Contract CP 99-02 are as follows:
4770 LF FIBER OPTIC TRUNK CABLE 36SM
2280 LF FIBER OPTIC TRUNK CABLE 72SM
1280 LF 1.5” BORED CONDUIT
3155 LF 2.5” BORED CONDUIT
1845 LF 3” BORED CONDUIT
The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals, plans and specifications may be examined at the office of the County Engineer at 600 Country Trail East, Jordan, MN 55352.

**Prospective Bidders: Prior to submitting a bid, bidders are required to purchase bid credits from BidVault.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Scott County Treasurer, or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Scott County, for at least 5% of the amount of the bid.
The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein.
